New Patient Special
All new patients ages 18+ will receive a free take home teeth whitening kit upon completion of a comprehensive exam, cleaning and any necessary treatment.
Dental Insurance
We will submit all insurance forms to your dental benefit provider. We are currently In-Network Providers for Delta Premier and Aetna.
A copayment of 50% for crowns and 20% for all other restorative work is due the day of service.
Any remaining balance not paid by your insurance provider is your responsibility.

Financial Information
All payments and co-payments are due the day of service unless prior arrangements are made.
We will do our best to help you be able to afford the care you need.
We will submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.
We offer a 5% courtesy discount for payments made in full by cash, credit card or check the day of service.
We also offer interest-free financing through Care Credit and the Lending Club (subject to approval).
